Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with seals intact and must not show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used camphor products, items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective), and products damaged due to improper storage after delivery cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for pickup or return shipment. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
If you received a wrong or defective product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
